SHIPPING POLICY
Before we can ship, we have to print your items!
Depending on the item you have ordered, processing is 2-5 days, plus the shipping time. On average, you should receive your order in 7-10 days!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase and value our customers' satisfaction. If there is any issue with your items, please send us an email so we can work with you on the best way to resolve the issue. Each item is consider a custom order, so we do not offer exchanges though if you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, etc. FinFanShop@gmail.com.
We have a fulfillment center that prints and ships the orders direct to you. They do have a 4 week limitation on notification of an issue:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
